For a wilder, more remote experience, join us for a diving trip to Makronissos. This historic, long, and rugged island stretches down the west side of the Attica Peninsula and has numerous coves to explore. A bit further, this is one of our longer 2-tank dive trips and gives you a feeling of adventure! Dive sites around Makronissos include reefs, plane wrecks, shipwrecks, and small canyons. Exploring on land is possible too. Known as the Greek Alcatraz, Makronissos was an exile island during the Greek Civil war and there are plenty of sights to see. We know all the best ones!

Some of our best diving is around Kea Island, famous for being the last resting place of the Britannic and a first-class wreck diving destination in Greece. Part cosmopolitan, part wild, this pristine island is surrounded by deep water and great for technical diving too. It’s remote with a distinct Cycladic feel to it and offers a diverse range of diving opportunities. You can dive walls, wrecks, drop-offs and the highlight of the area is the PSS Patris – a 150-year-old paddle steamer shipwreck. We will do 2 dives on Kea and have the opportunity to discover Ancient Karthaia onshore too. The Acropolis at Karthaia Bay dates back to the 8th century BC and has incredible views over the Aegean. Depending on the group’s mood and time frame, we can add more to our trip by enjoying the local cuisine in Kampi bay.

Book on to our snorkelling trips to take you on a half day adventure around the historic Attica peninsula. We visit two Patroklos island to snorkel and swim in a secluded bay and Arsida islet to snorkel on the Canyon. Hidden below the surface you will see wreck relics and have the chance to spot sea turtles, perhaps dolphins, seals and many more amazing ocean life.

This certification allows you to safely visit and explore the underwater environment you have probably dreamed of and become part of a group of enthusiastic divers who share the same passion for underwater adventures! This globally-recognized certification program is the best way to begin your life-long adventure as a certified scuba diver. Personalized training is combined with in-water practice sessions to ensure you have the skills and experience required to become truly comfortable underwater. You will earn the SSI Open Water Diver certification. Learning to dive is an incredibly fun and enjoyable experience, being introduced to new equipment, diving techniques and new environment to explore is an adventure in its self. However, the learning process is made ever more fun if you learn to dive with friends or family.

One of the most competent open water courses in the industry. If you want to start good, you go full throttle! Use of Nitrox, max 21m, SMB deployment, basic navigation, basic rescue skills.
GUE’s Recreational Diver Level 1 course is designed to provide non-divers with sufficient knowledge, skill, and experience to dive within the limits of similarly qualified scuba divers. Qualified GUE Recreational Diver Level 1 divers are able to dive under conditions equal to or better than those in which they were trained with appropriate surface support and with individuals holding the same or a higher level of certification while using Nitrox 32 or air within minimum decompression limits.

Specialty Courses to expand your skills and knowledge

This program provides the skills and concepts required to safely and comfortably navigate underwater during a dive. You will learn how to use a compass and natural navigation techniques, estimate distance, basic navigation patterns and how to leave and return to a designated point. You will earn the SSI Navigation Specialty certification after completing this program.

Keep diving all year long and in colder climates with the SSI Drysuit Diving certification. The SSI Dry Suit Diving specialty program teaches you everything you need to know about diving safely in a dry suit. The course covers equipment handling and configuration, theory and dry suit emergency procedures. Upon completion, you will earn the SSI Dry Suit Diving specialty certification.

Do you want to extend your dive time and explore the dive sites you love for longer? Join the SSI Enriched Air Nitrox specialty program and become a Nitrox diver! This is the perfect course to get the most out of your dive time, especially on multi-dive days, and helps minimize diver fatigue. Increase your bottom times and safety margins, plus shorten your surface intervals - learn how to dive with enriched air mixtures of up to 40% oxygen. Upon completion, you will earn an SSI Enriched Air Nitrox 32% or 40% certification.

Many exciting dive sites are located in deeper water. Without proper training, this kind of diving puts you at risk. The SSI Deep Diving Specialty will give you the ability to safely and comfortably plan and conduct dives beyond 18 meters, and is a prerequisite for some advanced training. You will earn the SSI Deep Diving Specialty certification after completing this program.
